Being a very tall slender build, it was a shock that I had put on so much weight (20kgs) during my second preganancy. I set a goal to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 73kg again. I was around 81kg or 82kg when I started the 12 week challenge and I was very happy with my results at the end, finishing at 73.9kgs. Gyms where too expensive and I just didn't have time to go to the Gym with my new son while my husband went to work. I had found other times I did 12wk challenges that the gyms offered they got so busy that they didnt take my measurements on time and I stopped being motivated because I didn't know how much I had lost and there was no follow up unless chased up by myself. How it works
No Compromise! Fitness will travel to your work or home and carry out the service direct to you. The service includes exercise programming, nutrition planning, measurements, weekly emails and of course the travel involved. The frequency of consultations you have with your trainer will depend on the package option you choose. Some people require more assistance and support than others and this is why we have devised some options to choose from.
To help you decide what package option is best for you, let’s take a look at the optional inclusions.
This is a staple part of your Transformation Program. Your nutrition plan is formulated to include normal foods, so you can eat the same food as other people. On this plan you'll learn how to boost your metabolism raised to burn more fat, increase energy, avoid blood sugar induced mood swings, and build muscle all while burning fat. This nutrition plan addresses portion sizes, food selection, and planning meals including novelty or “cheat” meals. This consultation also teaches the modern theories behind fat loss, muscle gain, hydration and more.
A key mission of the nutrition plan is inclusion, not exclusion.
Each exercise plan is personally formulated for your needs. So if you're into running or rugby, or weight loss or weight gain, you will get the program and expert advice to suit you as an individual. The other key point here is that you can choose if you want to do one program over twelve weeks, or two programs over twelve weeks. No Compromise! Fitness suggests that if you have struggled to stay motivated on a fitness program in the past, you are better to pay the extra charge for a change of exercise program to keep you motivated. If a program change keeps you more motivated to keep exercising and getting you closer to that goal, the extra money is going to be worth it.
Bootcamp classes are available for you to try if you need motivating, or to put it in a common phrase; ‘someone to tell me what to do’. Please feel free to visit the Bootcamp page to find out more.
You can choose to have regular catch-ups with your Personal Trainer over the 12 week journey, or if you are a very independent exerciser you may only need a consultation at the start. Whatever you decide we will come to your house or work to save you money and time. If you have any questions during your journey, all you need to do is ring or email your trainer. There are exercise videos to check out via our website so don't worry if you forget your exercises! Weekly emails give you advice and provide checklists to ensure you are following your program.
